The applicant may visit District web site ‘www.sambalpur.nic.in” in the advertisement section for merit list. The intimation letter has already been dispatched to all the candidates by ordinary post. The applicants are requested to attend the counseling-cum-admission on scheduled date, time & venue as per their category with following original documents, whether received or not received the intimation letter.

1.      Original SLC/CLC/TC.

2.      Original/Provisional Board Certificate/Council Certificate with record of Date of Birth.

3.      Original Board/Council mark sheet in case of Metric, Non-metric & above candidate.

4.      Caste certificate in case SC/ST candidate.

5.      4 no. of passport size recent photograph.

6.      Residential certificate (Certificate from Competent Authority).

7.      Original sports/Handicapped/Defence person/Green Card certificate.

8.      8th / 9th pass mark sheet & certificate with record of date of birth for non-metric trades.

9.      Medical fitness certificate not bellow the rank of Ass. Surgeon.

10.  Admission fees as per brochure.
